Some Email Delivery Services will not send cold email messages to purchased email lists if they are designed for transactional email messages where you should already have a business relationship with the recipient. Such services include Constant Contact, Send in Blue, Mail Chimp, Brevo, SendGrid, Aweber, Vertical Response and others.

Also,  to send emails in large quantities, do not use free email services such as Gmail or other similar services that are not designed for sending marketing emails in bulk. In such cases most of your email messages will get blocked and will not get delivered or even sent, and we offer no guarantee against bounces should you use such services.
